We went and had our Christmas pictures taken last weekend. Tray was not in a good mood, but they turned out great. We hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas vacation. I am looking forward in spending time with my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Have a Wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Fall Days

We'll here in NC the days are getting shorter and cooler. You can tell fall is here. We enjoyed an Apple Festival last week in Brushy Mountain, NC. We had a wonderful time as a family together. Tray was able to pet some animals in a petting area and also enjoyed cooled apple cider. I did not think he would like it, but he loved it. This weekend we are going to Mount Airy Autumn Leaves Festival with some friends from church and then we have a couple's activity at church. I am sorry I have not post for a while, but it has been real busy in the Bardin's household. Tray goes Friday for his 2 year old check-up (where has the time gone). I will try to post some pictures of our festival trips. Hope everyone is doing well.

New Arrival to the Bardin Family!

Our Nephew, Elias Nick John, was born August 27th at 3:55 AM. Mom and Dad are doing great. We have been praying for this little blessing for a long time. Please continue to pray for Rachel and Nick in the days ahead on being new parents. I am sure they will do a great job. We are leaving next friday to travel to Florida, so please pray for safety traveling. Tray will be turning "2" nex Friday. It is hard to believe. It seems like yesterday we were bring him home from the hospital. He is having his Birthday Party this Sunday because we want be here on his Birthday. We hope all of you have a wonderful weekend. My Mom and Dad bought these outfits for the grandchildren in Hawaii. So we went and had their picture taken Saturday. They did such a great job. They all are growing up fast. Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!

We hope all of you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. We are going to GA Friday morning and staying until Monday. We are going to spend time with the Bardin Family. We are all excited about getting away and spending time together. Tray's new word this week is "Hello" everytime someone calls me on my cell phone, he reaction is "Hello". It is so cute hearing him say new words. I hope to post some new pictues when we return from our mini vacation. Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

We hope all the Mother's in the world had a wonderful Mother's Day. This is my second mother's day and I enjoy being a mother every moment. God has provided us with a few more swarms. (Bee's) Tim received another call yesterday and we have five hives now. Some are weaker than others, but we are hoping they will continue to thrive. We are leaving next Friday to spend Memorial Day weekend with the Bardin family in GA. We are excited about enjoying time together and getting away for a few days. Happy Monday!!

Happy Monday! I am sorry it has been a long time since I have posted, but Tray has had Strep. Tim is a little late on planting the garden this year. He is hoping to plant it tonight or tomorrow. Tim was able to catch a swarm of bees last Friday. It has been a big blessing because they run about $130.00 per hive. We have three hives right now. We are just hoping they don't swarm. May is going to be a busy month. It seem like every weekend we have something to do. We are hoping to plant some bushes in front of our house and flowers. I am excited about that. We hope everyone has a wonderful week.

We took Tray to the park for the first time yesterday. He had a blast. He did not want to leave when it was time to go. Maybe next week we can go back. Hope all of you have a great week.

18 1/2 Months!

We went and had Tray's Spring pictures taken this past Saturday. He did so well. They took over 50 shots. He is growing so much and is obeying a little better. I think our terrible two's are coming early. We are excited about Nana coming this Wednesday. Tray has been saying Nana every day. We hope all of you have a great week.

We had a beautiful snow last Sunday. I thought I would post some pictures for all of you to see that live in Florida.

Well the Bardin family have been really busy these last few weeks. We have had a few doctor appts. They all have gone well with Tray's check-ups. I wanted to post a picture of our friends baby Peyton, who they adopted last July. Tray and Peyton have a great time together. We hope all is going well.

We hope all of you are having a great week. Tray and I have been fighting a cold these last few days. The change of weather is about to kill both of us. We wanted to wish "Daisy" a Happy Bithday. Snow! Snow! Snow!

Well, it snowed yesterday on my way home from work. I went and picked up Tray from Nana Joann's and he did not know what to think. He was grinning from ear to ear holding his hands up in the air when we walked outside. When we got home we stood outside for a few minutes to let him enjoy all of the white stuff. He looked around like "What is this stuff!" I will try to post some pictures up later to let you see how much we got.

We are having some problems with Tray passing out. Last night he wanted to play with is breathing machine and Tim told him "NO". What do you think Tray wanted to do? Play with it again. So Tim popped his leg. Tim went off to go do something and I heard him messing with it. So I went and moved him away from it. Then he pitched a fit and was crying. He held his breath and passed out. I blew in his face and that normally brings him back to where he is responsive, but not his time. I was screaming at him and he was not responding. I screamed for Tim and when I started down the hall with Tray he was responsive. It scared us both. I thought I would share our little experience this week.

Dusting of Snow!

Well, I got up at 12:30 AM this morning and it was snowing. We only got a dusting, but it was so nice seeing the ground covered in white. We were heading to Nanny's this morning and we slid a little. So I headed in a different direction to Nanny's house. We arrived safely, Thank the Lord! :) We hope all of you have a wonderful week. I will try and post some pictures later this week.

Welcome 2009!

We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and have a Happy New Year. It is hard to believe it is 2009. Tray is growing more and more each day. He started walking December 18th and has not stopped. Yesterday, I picked him up from Nanny’s house (babysitter) and he blew her a good-bye kiss. Then last night he called Nana all by himself. He is too smart.

This Saturday we are going to go eat Japanese for all of our Birthdays and then we are coming back to the Bardin’s house to open presents. What fun, Christmas again! I will try to post some pictures this week. Love to all.
